- Domestic/International Arrivals: After baggage claim and customs check, please exit Godofredo P. Ramos Airport and proceed to the Southwest booth located at the Airport Arrival curbside located at the front of the airport. An airport representative will meet you at the Southwest counter.
- Hotel pick up and drop off services are available.
- Be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time.
